I am a Filipino educator in the University of the Philippines. I teach undergraduate students in the College of Education and the School of Library and Information Studies. My interests are in the realm of education, Open Source, Linux, Mac, Java, web science and mobile technologies. So if you want advice regarding any of these, just post a comment on this page along with your e-mail address and I’ll be glad to try and help you out as long as time permits. 🙂
Surprisingly, it’s been almost a year since I last published a blog post so I decided to create this new blog instead. Also, I am taking a research course in my graduate studies which I means I really need to relearn my technical writing skills. I believe that having this blog as some form of vent will help me get rid of my blogger’s or writer’s block. Optimistically it gets to mature enough and that I will continue to write positive happy posts.
Lastly, this is the beginning of a journal of the adventures of a Filipino educator as he traverses the diverse pathways of technology and education.
I hope you enjoyed my first post and I’ll be looking forward to your constructive comments and suggestions. Feel free to type it on the comment box of this post. 🙂
